Payment Methods


Brenner Luggage.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. A payment receipt will be sent to you either with the merchandise or separately by mail (when your order ships to a 3rd party). Please keep the payment receipt for ease of returns and refunds. 
 

Returns & Refunds  (Returns Must Be Made Within 30 Days of Purchase)

Brenner Luggage makes returns and refunds easy. You may receive a refund by shipping the merchandise back to us or by returning the merchandise in person to one of our store locations. We gladly provide full refunds of the purchase price when merchandise is returned in original condition with the original payment receipt. Items returned with a gift receipt may only be returned for store credit either in the form of a physical credit memo (to be used in stores) or an online gift certificate (only redeemable online).

We will use the credit card information on the original payment receipt to promptly issue full credit to the purchasing credit card. We do not refund original shipping charges. Monogrammed and engraved items may not be returned.

If the original receipt is not presented, we will issue you a Brenner Luggage store credit memo when the merchandise is returned in original condition. A Brenner Luggage credit memo has no expiration date and may be redeemed in either of our stores or by phone. 




How To Make A Return By Mail:

To make a return by mail, enclose the following in your return shipment:


1. A brief note that includes your name, phone number and the specifics of your refund request.
2. The original Brenner Luggage payment receipt.
3. The merchandise in original condition.

How To Make A Return At A Brenner Luggage Store:


To make a return in any of our stores, please present the original payment receipt and the item in original condition to the store. Our stores will serve you according to the refund procedures explained above.

Monogramming & Engraving Services

Brenner Luggage offers free monogramming on many leather goods, briefcases and luggage items. Some items are not possible to monogram due to the design of the product and limitations of equipment. We also can emboss corporate logos and can engrave many pens and gift items. To arrange for monogramming or engraving, please place your order online and then call us at 317-913-7200.


Sales Tax

At this time, www.brennerluggage.com only collects 7% sales tax on orders shipping to Indiana. Orders shipped outside of Indiana will not be charged sales tax for the merchandise, however 7% Indiana sales tax will apply to shipping charges no matter where the order is shipped. We have a flat shipping rate of $7.50 with $0.53 added for Indiana sales tax for a total of $8.03 on orders under $75 dollars.

Luggage Repairs:
We take luggage repairs at our Superstore location, which is located at 8730 Corporation Dr. Indianapolis, IN 46256. For any information you require regarding a repair, please call us at 317-913-7200. However, to give you the best estimate possible for repair cost and repair time, we may need to see the bag in person to best diagnose the problem.
